Good service and coffee but horrible experience being here bc before I ordered I asked my mom what the large size was and so I ordered "Two Grande Mocha Frappes 😊" and then I saw the lady write my name on the little cup and I was so humiliated when I had to say I meant Large T_T

Dannnnng, you guys really need to evaluate the service here. Ethan is extremely rude to everyone in sight. Bet he loses you a lot of service. I'd fire him on the spot. Fighting your employees, fighting your customers, fighting with the employees at the target. He probably fights with your machines and food, too. He couldn't even get a basic order made correctly. Instead of fixing it, he wanted to yell about it and argue about it. He's the one wearing the wrong shade of lipstick.
