This location has been awful lately. Order online and it’s still not ready 30 minutes later. The staff is so unfriendly now. I ordered an iced americano, 30 minutes later it was finally ready and instead of iced it’s all liquid and about 90degrees. I asked for ice and the woman making the drinks read the label like I was lying, then turned around and started slamming ice into a cup and gave it to me. I said “thank you” just trying to be polite and she made sure not to make eye contact and ignore me. I’m blown away customer service is such a foreign language today.

I’ve been a consistent regular at this location for years now and they never miss, Lupe always make my frappes with perfection and Jayda makes a Strawberry Açaí Lemonade to die for and on top of that Jayda and Nicole’s customer service skills make ordering and coming back worth it everytime even for the price. Even on Saturday Evening rushes the staff always finds a way to make your visit worth your time whether it’s with their customer service or their speed in completing your order, strongly recommend going here and will most definitely be continuing my service here.
