Stopped in for afternoon coffee drink. This location doesn’t have inside seats or place to charge your phone. There is seats across the street in the park but it’s a mix of regular ppl and homeless people. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered 2 venti cups drinks. One of them was prepared by one employee and another one by another employee. The lady who prepared the drink for me ( African American) gave me one full cup ( no ice ) and one half of cup. When I asked why, she said it is no ice rule. Why it work for one cup and doesn’t work for another???? I travel all around us and nowhere I never got half of cup for full price. She is rude and yelling on customer. Please explain what customer service is meaning. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Everyone at this location is always super friendly and has always made my drinks with the correct specifications and consistency. Surprisingly having consistency at Starbucks locations is actually hard and I often find that it differs at each location and sometimes it is even different at the same location.
