I went in today and the worker there was really friendly. She has snakebites and her septum pierced, I think her name was Seanna. Anyways, she was extremely nice to me and even recommended a drink for me to try. She was busy though, I saw that she was the only one behind the counter so I didn't want to interrupt her and her job. I showed up at 7:30. Sign on register said closed for lunch. Guy showed back up at 8. He said they closed at 8. Google shows closing at 9. He said they've been trying to change that. I put in an hours edit for you. You're welcome.

I ordered a drink and they let a high school student steal my drink.that was under my name a very male name. The student was never in lane at all it was so obvious the the workers are Incompetent they let her take it. She never apologized. Staff is so friendly and genuinely nice. Both drinks were perfect and the barista offered an alternative since they don't have the salt for a salted caramel mocha. 1st time that's happened and very thoughtful.

No line. Cappuccino was ok, not great, just ok. Prices are getting crazy.

This one inside Smith's isn't so good. The last time I was there me and another couple waited in line for someone to show up. They never did and we left empty handed.

Stella is slow and is does not give good service at all to the customers coming in just wanting coffee. projecting bad en energy to all, she never fails to look unhappy and keep a annoyed tone when taking your order. I’m a barista as well and customer connection is important, if you don’t like the job, quit. life is too short to be making others’ days miserable because you are.
