Terrible customer service. Every time I come here they never have the gift card holders for the gift card. I just went in there Saturday January 19th at 6:35pm. It's only one worker and she seemed like she's ready to go and didn't even seem to even ask can she help me. I had to say to her, "do you'll have any gift card holders and she quickly replied NO shaking her head. Didn't even ask me if I need anything else. I won't be coming here anymore. A waste and gas and time every time.

This is not operated according to Starbucks standards. I always order on the Starbucks app. I am a regular customer who appreciates convenience, consistency and service. Today I was directed to add my own sweeteners that I requested in the app. Why? The sweetener I requested wasn’t even there, napkins were out of stock, and I had to place my cup near the trash to mix it. If I wanted to mix my own coffee, I can save my money and make it at home. Is it inconvenient for the staff to mix the drink properly as they do all day? I did pay for it after all. I can patronize a REAL Starbucks instead with acceptable service. This is a regular do whatever coffee stand.

So I am someone that used to frequent Starbucks everyday. However, the Starbucks in Laurel has been unable to serve me. When I place mobile orders, there is a 50% chance that someone else will steal my order. However, today, I have no idea what happened to my mobile order. They was very busy and was unable to make my order. I was given a refund but I still have to goto work without breakfast.

The absolute WORST Starbucks!!! SUUUUPER SLOW, the workers are ALWAYS talking and joking with each other instead of making your drinks in an acceptable time. There is NO REASON I’ve been waiting for a bagel with butter for 30 minutes!!! I could NEVER use the convenience of the drive through because I’ll NEVER get my food! The drive through line is ALWAYS super LONG because they take FOREVER to serve you your food! It NEVER FAILS!! I always have to go into the store and stand there and make sure my order is being tended to in order to get it in a timely fashion. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! There’s been a few times I cancelled my order and went elsewhere with more acceptable service!
I ordered and then they served other people after me. Yesterday I was able to get my coffee in a timely manner but today they had more people but worked slower although their coffee is pretty decent here I have experience that they usually don't have some of the items most of the time and sometimes after eating from here I experience un upset stomach.

Rude unprofessional workers on their phone who get annoyed by your order. But let's ignore that today, because today they were supposed to be open at 6AM and it's now 9AM the employee was a no show. The Harris Teeter folks confirmed this. Great way to annoy customers. Find another coffee shop, this place ain't it.
The albino woman behind the kiosk had terrible customer service. I felt so attacked and dehumanized. On top of that, my white chocolate mocha, tasted like dirt. She should not be able to work at another establishment.
