The person got my order wrong and also she charged me for an extra drink I didn't ask for I won't be back again. My favorite Starbucks location is on 190th and Normandie customer service there is great. Slowest Starbucks I have even been to. It's right across the street from my job nobody really be inside and it took 15 minutes to make my lemonade because they are more focus on drive thru and pick up orders definitely not the best location to be slow due to how busy the area is yet the inside is again never crowded but is slow. Should get a crew that is not so lazy dragging their feet any other Starbucks I have been to they work this one seem like it don't fit in 🤷🏽‍♀️ Update: went today ordered a grande frappe and a sandwich my sandwich was done then waited another 10 minutes for my drink idk how the four people in line after me drinks were ready before mines then a regular came in they literally stopped and finished all her drinks I couldn't believe my eyes she touched every drink lid looking for hers I'll never return here again. 3 times I had placed my order ahead. When I arrive at the time it should've been ready. They weren't ever able to find my order. I would have to show my online receipt and this location has been making my late for work even though I had already placed my order ahead through the app and paid for my drinks. Highly dissatisfied. Ordered 2 caramel machiattos...both iced but one without ice for later. They clearly also didn't add caffeine of any kind. Drinks are too expensive to mess up this badly. It's not drinkable and I don't have time to go back and return. Third time this has happened. Not even a coffee person but this is ridiculous.
