My mom ordered her usual from every time we go and she got a chai tea with cinnamon from y’all and never in my life have I had a tea bag in one from Starbucks. It smelt of pumpkin spice but tasted like hot water with milk and pumpkin spice flavoring with an after taste of chemicals. I am so disappointed in this. We will more likely never order from this location again. It was so bad that none of the six people that went on the trip with her could drink it. I was in the drive thru with no cars in front of me or behind, and that’s why I was surprised when the girl asked me to move to the to go order parking around the front. I ordered 1 Americano so there was no reason to make me move. Regardless, I complied and moved but had to leave without getting my Americano because I had a worker texting me waiting to get paid, so I could wait no longer. I come here all the time, but noticed service has been going down lately. It’s a shame because all the guys that wait on me at this location are great, and normally the girls are too, except for lately. Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It is nice place for good coffee but things was not cooperative. We can understand it may be due to the place and only option for coffee but at least they should value their customers who purchase coffee. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

There should be an option to give 0 stars... Very rude staff and doesn't know how to behave with customers.. I ordered 3 cappuccino specifically , but was surprised to find that I was only provided 2. When I asked about the third one, I was told extremely rudely that I ordered 2 and told me to go back to the long line...and other staff were rude as well. People like this make this place worse... Nice, quaint and charming like Starbucks of old. Indoor and outdoor feel of the place looks and feels like when the coffeeshop was in the early 2000s. Nice and clean bathroom and friendly Baristas. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Nice clean but very small place good location friendly atmosphere staff is little rude this is the only Starbucks who refused to give a cup of free water. Not busy but slow service. Bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should be and had to wait few minutes before using it.

The place was nice but asked for a paradise drink. She gave me a pineapple drink. I was 100% sure I had asked for a paradise due to having to correct her like 5 times. When I told her about it she kept insisting that I had ordered a pineapple drink. I couldn't show receipt since she hadn't had given me one. Service Take out Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Long line. Waited at least 30 minutes. Messiest Starbucks Ive ever seen. Staff wasn't as friendly or talkative. Smelled a bit musty. 🫣
