they never answer the phone. i always get hung up on or disconnected. just wanted to see if the oven was finally working after weeks of it being broken.

They close at 8pm but at 7:30pm he told me he can’t take any orders since he is short staff , he had to start cleaning … I will think Starbucks pays the cleaning time after the closing time … so ridiculous because I came to do my shopping hopping to enjoy my Starbucks …. Really terrible service. They were busy so slow would have been okay but while there was a wrapping line Elle decided to spend five minutes rocking straws and not acknowledging customers. Katerna disappeared for several minutes while this was happening and no drinks were made. Again, I was cool with slow. They were busy but the almost 30 minutes it took to get a drink could have been cut in half by people who were actually working.

Great service they were super helpful I didn't know the name of the drink I wanted and my barista helped while I described it. The drinks were made quick and efficiently. Very satisfied 😌. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10
