I usually go to the junction Starbucks and have never once had a problem. I was in the area so I decided to go to this Crossroads location. Bad idea. I ordered a venti iced matcha latte and they gave me a grande. I also ordered a iced pistachio latte with coffee instead of espresso and the salted butter topping, but they ended up just giving me a plain coffee with no pistachio and no topping. I just read some of the reviews for this location and I saw a lot of bad ones so I'm thinking it's just this location. No where near as good as the junction one. I won't ever go to this location again.
