This is a drive thru or mobile pick up window only, attached to a gas station convenience store. No inside seating. This is a recently opened place, but has been open for months. This was my first time there. The service was friendly but after I ordered at the drive through I was asked to go around and park in front and wait because it would be a few minutes for a latte off the menu and they would let me know when it was ready. I understand stuff happens so I parked in front thinking it would be a minute or 2. 10 minutes later, after my friend and I watched several people pick up mobile orders and seeing the staff come to the window within view of me, I went up to the window to ask what was going on. The woman at the pick up window said, "oh we were looking for you" and handed me the late that had been right there cooling in the window. No one had looked for me out the window and I was supposed to stand at the window in February waiting for my coffee, they should have said so. The way they communicated when they asked me to wait, we thought they were going to wave at me out the front pick up window when it was ready. It was very confusing and disappointing. Even those I pass this location twice a week on the way to work, I doubt I would stop there again if I have another choice.

Unfortunately along the way my door dasher noticed the coffee was leaking in my bag , they were generous enough to go back and pick up the same drink as well as Starbucks being generous to remake the drink. I wanted to thank Brandon for the extras they also snuck in! :3 Thank you again!

Wish the option was here for more than 5 Stars - FABULOUS Starbucks location! Never imagined a Starbucks that is part of a gas station would be the BEST one yet! This staff doesn't miss, never a bad drink, all the food items always available, and friendly as can be no matter how long the line - they never make you feel rushed! Keep up the great work and great customer service!
