I came through this Starbucks drive-through at about 6:25 in the morning on Wednesday and ordered a large ice water ..As I was approaching the window they didn’t understand what type of water I wanted when I simply said, I wanted freeze dried strawberries inside. I mentioned I was in a hurry for work since the employee held up the line socializing with the customer in front of me for over 10 minutes. The older gentleman who was waiting on me, said “don’t tell me you’re in a hurry in my drive thru.” I am a doctor in the emergency room who is on call. I don’t appreciate being treated that way when lives are on the line and I wanted a simple ice water, and I never got my drink. This sorry man needs a new job or retirement. Do better.

My order wasn’t ready until 13 minutes after the expected timeframe on the app. Sadly, this is normal for this location. I’m not sure why ALL the other locations seem to run fine except this one.
