I understand that it takes times to make drinks specially this early in the morning. What I don’t understand is why is your lobby closed when you have a full staff inside? Yet it takes over 10 minutes to grab your MOBILE order that was placed 15 minutes before you left your home. Why offer in store pick up and have your lobby close? Very unsatisfactory. Never coming here again. I always give them the benefit of doubt because I understand the drinks don’t always come out the same, but when they charge you for caramel and they don’t add any is cruel.
