I absolutely love this Starbucks! I have never had a problem with them. I gave them a $25.00 tip since they are always so polite and so generous. It doesn't hurt to show some appreciation from time to time. ❤️ Keep up the good work! They always get my order correct, fast and friendly service! 👍🏻 Service Dine in Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

By law they are supposed to fill the cups to the top. After watery foam was added it was still a full inch from the top. Most amateur baristas don't know of this obscure law and really should be made aware of it. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Fast, friendly, reliable — everything you’d expect out of a Starbucks. My favorite was the pistachio cream cold brew. Sad that was only seasonal. My kids especially love the egg bites. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10
Every time I have come to this location - my drink has been made incorrectly. No matter what, and it has been extremely frustrating, especially since coming to get a coffee is a treat/reward. I commute an hr to Denver, and there have been multiple times where I left and realized my drink was not even what I ordered. Some of the staff is nice, but sometimes they seem really flustered and agitated already at 6am. Lately I’ve had to revert to just ordering a hot cup of water and using my own teabags because, they can’t get that wrong (one morning I was handed ice water). I just feel like it’s not that difficult to listen and be respectful and kind when your customer says, “hey could you fix this for me? I have a long drive, and I’d like it how I ordered it. Thank you” The only reason I am commenting, is because i feel like this store could benefit greatly if someone nicely let them know how these small flaws add up into losing customers…I was a barista for 8 long years on morning shifts - so I understand better than anyone how it can seem annoying when a customer asks for something to be fixed- but it should be done with a smile. This morning 12/7/2023 I went through and I ordered a Venti Hot Cappuccino, I asked if three packets of honey could be stirred into my espresso while it was hot so it would flavor my entire drink. I asked for breve, and (I know I know a cappuccino has foam, and I am greatly aware of that.) I asked for less foam than usual, more drink. I asked specifically if I could have about an inch of foam. The barista handed me the drink and I could tell right away it was an entire Venti cup of foam and an inch of liquid. I politely asked if she could fix that and she did, but she was aggravated that I even asked her to fix it. She came back to the window and told me I should just order a latte next time if I didn’t want any foam. Which is so ridiculously annoying and rude I can’t even begin to describe how annoying it is to be talked down to like I don’t know what I am doing when I knew exactly what I wanted and was SPECIFIC. It’s just extremely frustrating to spend money on a service, and then be ignored, and then upset when asked to fix it to what originally asked for. But the most aggravating part is after all that I take a sip and there’s literally no honey in my drink. At that point I just had to leave because there were people behind me and I wanted to be courteous of their time as a customer. Please do better, please tell your baristas not to tell people how and what they should order and just make their drink like they ask, unless you cannot make it - because you are not allowed. It’s yet another day of me not getting the correct drink I paid for and it makes me never want to come back. Please have a staff meeting or something. Thank you for taking the time to listen and accept criticism. Food: 5 Service: 1
Brought my 2.5 year old for a cake pop that she was so excited about and was told they can't take my $100 and was turned away. I don't blame the girl at the register at all but Starbucks, I know you have plenty enough money to keep change for a $100 in your drawer. My daughter was so upset and now I am too. I knew that I should have just waited and went to our normal coffee shop Ziggis. Just another reason why Starbucks sucks. Do better.

today my husband and I picked up coffee and as usual the team at Starbucks was rocking it! They were making a million drinks a minute and not skipping a beat. They had smiles behind their masks and a great vibe in their step. Our drinks were delicious, as usual. I noticed a donation box at the front of their door for new toys for kiddos for the holiday season. This put a smile on my face and I'll be back with a toy. Starbucks is a great place to be and I'm happy to have it as my local coffee shop. Casey is my favorite barista! Not just because my name is Kasey 😉❤️

Just deleted a previous 5 star review after multiple frustrating experiences (former SSV here), but this time I decided to ask for a remake and Haley was incredibly helpful.

Good service, and the drive thru was fast and friendly. I got two iced coffees and a toffee nut latte. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn’t very busy at the drive thru. The hot drinks were very hot and the cold drinks were very cold. Great job guys
I do like the Starbucks, the people are generally friendly and get the order to you quickly. This morning had a bad experience. Ordered a large drink and when I picked it up to carry it into my office the lid had clearly not been put on correctly and fell to the ground. The whole thing broke and spilled everywhere. I went back and I explain the situation and although the receptionist was friendly her attitude was one of “whatever, even if it was our fault you’re still paying for another one”. I would still recommend it as a decent Starbucks but check the lids and the cups. They don’t pay attention to that detail and so be aware, they will not make right any mistakes that they have done on your orders. But being a huge conglomerate franchise that probably isn’t unusual
