It’s sad that the customer service is very poor here. “We are not affiliated with Starbucks” is the only excuse given when the staff makes a mistake. Furthermore, around 3:50pm on Wednesday, 07/26, the staff at the counter YELLED at a customer, offered no apologies, and treated this person so unprofessionally (and the customer DID speak softly and simply asked for a correction on an order). I would appreciate it if the staff was retrained on basic customer service skills. Thank you.
