I have been in to the Starbucks many times, and every single time without fail, the best service, angela made my drink today with smiles in a busy morning and still tasted amazing threw the busy morning. Coffee and service are great here, perfect place to have a first date. Sun and tables outside in a great center of Greensboro.

I gave it 4 stars for 2 reasons. First, the employees are not always the friendliest at this Starbucks. Second, it's a little small inside for a standalone store. There is a lot of outdoor seating. That helps relieve the seating issue when the weather permits. It's a convenient location due to all the other restaurants and shops around.

Good Starbucks location right off New Garden Road. I recommend their great pastries. The chocolate croissant comes to mind along with their lemon pound cake. I recommend their seasonal lattes like the pumpkin spice and also their new flat white which tastes smooth and delicious. Enjoy free WIFI if you dine in as well.

it was 8:33 on the dot and I tried to go in and get a cup of coffee after a long day and the two girls working tonight didn’t let me in because they were claiming that they were closed even though their hours that they close at 9 Some people just don’t want to work…

Frequent regular. I love their ultra caramel frap, hot white mocha and my new fave hot cinnamon shortbread latte.

Typical Starbucks, customer service was ok - nothing really outstanding, drinks were good and the location is convenient.

Run of the mill Starbucks with good service and workers. Can get noisy, space is smaller.
