Came in to use holiday gift card was told we don’t have a holiday menu. Wasn’t told hello or how are you? Wasnt welcomed at all. Very rude tone from staff

Before reopening, the staff was helpful and kind. Now almost everyone I encounter there is rude and slow. For a loaf of bread you’ll be waiting for 10 mins (even when there’s no other customers there) just for them to give you a burnt piece. They just always seem to have an attitude as well, and I’m there pretty frequently since I work in the mall. I think the only time I’ve had a decent cashier was on their opening day but even then, she was very standoffish. I’ve never been to a Starbucks like this one, they don’t even apologize if they mess up your order or burn your food.
