Even though their coffee is good their service is kind of poor, only the person at the counter seemed to care about the order, one person gave the drink to the wrong person thus having to wait a further 10 mins which can be essential during flying , anyhow mocha frap can’t go wrong

Ordered their Palak Paneer pie for RM17.24 and the dough sadly was not cooked inside. I asked them to try to cook it again but it didn’t work. Is this worth a tummy ache? No… especially when you’re about to fly off to another country.
Their baristas were excellent though. Friendly and good working attitude.
Just need to fix their food quality control….

Over the last 10 days of my work week and frequent visits to this Starbucks at the airport, I've been pleased. The service is (generally) quick, the staff are awesome, and the manager is exceptionally welcoming, always up for a quick chat. Moreover, everyone puts in a great effort to keep the place clean.

Standard Starbucks fare and quality. However, dynamic, responsive, accurate, quick does NOT describe this outlet. Very slow service, chatting between themselves, lazy and getting the order wrong is not untypical. It is clean though.

Wonder why the service here is so poor. Tables are left with cups and rubbish. Counter top covered with spilled drink. Missing that Starbucks vibes too. Be prepared to be served as a fast food place.

Croissant and muffin not served. Had to go to counter and ask for them. Server didn’t believe and had to dig out receipt. Really! They forget to give us food and we have to show proof of how incompetent they are? Skip this location.

Nice place. It is open even as early as 6 in the morning. Place is clean and staff friendly. You have a nice seating area behind the cafe. If you are early you can also take a nap in the sofa. Coffee is good. I had an americano and a croissant with chicken cheese and egg. Although they did heat it, it was still cold inside, nevertheless it tasted very good. Charging ports are not standard.
After flying for more than 8 hours from Narita Airport, I landed at Kuala Lumpur Airport around 5:30 AM. My transit was 5 hours, then I had a flight to Dhaka. After freshening up, I exchanged US dollars and got Malaysian ringgits. Around 6:30 am, I found a Starbucks near my flight gate. It was not very crowded.
Ordered chicken pie, beef ragu pie and Hazelnut coffee frappe. Everything tasted amazing. Beef and chicken pie have opposite individual taste with soft puff pastry, were beautiful. The taste of hazelnut coffee frappe is incomparable. Everything was priced at 52 ringgit / 1500 yen. There was a nice seating arrangement. Happy eating.
