We use to be so happy about this Starbucks but over the last few years this place has gone down hill. They use to close at random times. Rude if you come in the last 30 minutes of business hours and NOW changed their hours to close everyday at 2:30. You look at the poor understaffed Starbucks in Boerne that’s been running with 3 employees keeping that place open at all cost for a long while now. This Starbucks has an I don’t care attitude that should be concerning to corporate. Oh and light ice isn’t a thing at this Starbucks because they just don’t care.

Love my Starbucks! Use the app to order ahead, they always have it ready for me. And everyone inside is always friendly and says hi! Have a great day! So it's not just the caffeine "pick-me-up" it's the positive attitude boost too! My new fave is the iced pumpkin chai tea. Nice pop up in the FTX. Order was made wrong & I was charged wrong, but at least the order was fixed. Apparently, drinks on the menu are made differently than the rest of the Starbucks in the world🤷🏻‍♂️ Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

When you ask for light ice and they give you this. I wonder how much ice they put for regular ice🧐. I will say most of the time they get it right, which is why this isn’t a one star but seriously Starbucks is expensive enough and you’re paying for mostly ice. It’s ridiculous.

The wait was horrendous but it wasn’t the staffs fault this place was so busy it was crazy. But the staff was amazing calm and reassuring. To all the rude people who “can’t wait this long for coffee,” don’t order coffee at Starbucks at one of the most tourist town in America on a holiday weekend. Wait it out be nice or avoid places like this. Keep up the good job Starbucks staff some of the comments people were making towards y’all 😒😒😒 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place is dirty, when the boss is there they keep it cleaner, but most of the time dirty tables, toilets and dusty, next to the window area looks like never cleaned. When I am asking low ice, they gave full ice. Is this a Starbucks rule to fill up with ice? Because I don't want to pay for that. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
