I found this cafe on Google maps and came here to take a meeting that was scheduled last minute. The cafe is spacious with good wifi. Yiu can stay for 1.5hr if you order a drink. Not a bad deal if you need to work from somewhere out of your office. No

Good place to get some work done! Power outlets are not everywhere but there were enough seats that had some.
The cafe is quite spacious and doesn’t feel crammed like many other cafes in town.
They have a nice selection of coffee drinks (tangerine americano was really nice!). The cheesecake I had was nothing special but ok. Both came as a afternoon tea/coffee deal for just NTD 200.

Laid back, hidden cafe on the 11th floor of the Syntrend building at Guanghua. Futuristic decor with large classroom space for rent. A minimum consumption of 1 drink or 1 light meal per person is required. Some of the seats are very uncomfortable.
Decent place to sit and get some work down. It was almost empty just after lunch when I arrived, but filled up later in the afternoon.
The food seems mediocre so I wouldn't come here for the food, but I tried the roasted oolong ice tea which was nice.
There are several different seating options. The tables near the wall have power strips. But, the chairs don't fit between the table legs so you have to sit far from the table (uncomfortable for using a laptop). The other tables have better chairs, but no power. So it's not really very well designed.
Also, the WiFi is quite bad. It's slow and kept disconnecting and reconnecting. A little but ironic considering it's the "high-tech mall".
Overall, not bad, but could be better...
