I gave one star so that I can come to here and express my experience, this restaurant Mandela View Bloemfontein has a very poor service when it comes to answering the calls 😔 so many times I tired to call in and order but they won't be answering the call and they will be saying they are busy but when you drive there you find that they are not busy. But they are not taking phone calls

Certainly not the best service. I got there and had to wait at the cashier without anyone attending to me although they saw me standing there. When they attended me, there was no etiquette or whatsoever. I'm only rating them 3 stars because the food was nice and it took less than 10 minutes to get my order.
