My daughter & her fiancè brought me a loaf of sourdough rye. I am gluten sensitive, but three delicious buttered slices & 24 hours later, no adverse reaction! And truly amazing flavor & texture. Worth driving to Denver for.

Jeff is a bread artisan. He is skilled, intentional, and creative when it comes to making bread. You can taste the thoughtfulness and craftsmanship in his bread. I love supporting my local community, too.

This bread is beyond delicious and unique. I typically don’t do well with gluten but tolerate this well because of the great quality of the grain

I have rewritten this review so many times trying to put into words how the Whole Rye Country loaf makes me feel. I would highly recommend ordering something from here and being open to types of bread you might not usually gravitate towards. I didn't think I liked any type of Rye bread before today, but the Whole Rye Country loaf is my new favorite thing. Also, local pick up was a breeze and the bread was packaged very well

Hello, I am very happy that I found Spruce House Bread, it is a rare bakery. The breads are organic with locally sourced flour, the best in USA, comparable and better than the European breads. Jeff is the baker, very talented, and the proprietor of Spruce House Bread, he makes the breads before you pick them up, very fresh.
