If you want to experience truly authentic Asian cuisine at a beachside stop, this is it. This was SUPER good and the sauces were perfect. They also give out free juices for a google maps review and those are excellent too (we got strawberry).
You really can’t go wrong on the menu. With is being so conveniently located, I can’t recommend this place enough!
This is by far the best food we’ve had in Rincón! The food was super fresh and was delivered to us quickly. We have had many negative dining experiences in Puerto Rico, many times involving a several hour wait for food. My family (7 of us) was able to order and eat all within around 30 minutes. The food was really really good too! Everyone who worked there was also super kind and went out of their way to engage in conversation with us, which was helpful and kind since we are not from the area.

Great food and it is right by the beach. the portion was smaller than expected for the price though (esp for Poke Bowl). Food was delicious. Also, those fried tortillas (i think)...those were super tasty...something I never had before.

The food is absolutely amazing as well as the presentation. Steve is extremely kind and generous and always makes an amazing meal. The seared tuna plate and the sweet and spicy noodles were AMAZING. This place is our favorite go to and I can’t recommend it enough❤️🔥. Also - get the spicy pickles when you are here.

We stopped by on the way back from Lala’s beach for a quick lunch and everything was delicious! We got the pork dumplings to share while we waited for our main dishes. They came out super fast!
I got the tuna wrap which was very fresh. Can’t wait to come back and try the bao buns!

Tuna Wrap
Stopped by Spires after spending a few hours at La La’s Beach and it was a really pleasant surprise! First time eating here and it’s a great casual spot to eat a quick bite and hang. It’s like a small shop you order and sit at the tables outside which are shaded which is nice. I ordered a tuna wrap with avocado and kimchi and it was delicious and filling. I got a watermelon juice and the chef recommended a watermelon and passionfruit mix and i went for it and it was delicious although could use some rum :D. Oh and my friends and I split a 10pc pork dumpling which is awesome that they even had since I never just want two dumplings so I was happy to get a large size. Will definitely be back.

Tuna Wrap
This hidden gem has the kind of food that will bring you back to the island. Friendly and delicious are only the beginning. We had the pork buns and jerk chicken wrap. Both were excellent and offered a nice change of pace after a couple days of fried pork. We will be back to try the tuna. It looked killer. Grab some house pickles while you are there. They are so good you'll drink the brine!
Edit: Went back for the third time in 10 days and had the Tuna in both Poke bowl and Seaweed Sesame crusted. It was fantastic. We also had kimchi, pickled radish, and spicy pickles that were amazing. We had to take some back to the air bnb. The food in Rincon has been really good but when you need something that won't sit so heavy in all this heat but still leave you satisfied... this is a no brainer stop. It is also very close to the access for Lala so get some beach time in while you are at it.

Pork Bao Buns
Spires Market is a hidden gem in Rincon, offering delicious and nutritious dishes with fresh ingredients and Asian-inspired flavors. The restaurant has a cozy and relaxed atmosphere, with open air seating and a view of the beautiful Lala’s beach. The service is friendly and attentive, and the prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity of food.
I ordered the tuna bowl, which was a generous portion of sushi-grade tuna, turmeric rice, avocado, cucumber, carrots, seaweed salad, and a light dressing. The tuna was tender and flavorful, and the veggies added a nice crunch and freshness. The dressing was creamy and spicy, but not overpowering. It was a satisfying and balanced meal that left me feeling energized and happy.
My friend had the Banh mi sandwich, which was pulled pork, pickled veggies, and a sweet and tangy sauce. The sandwich was warm and hearty, and the pork was moist and tender. My friend enjoyed every bite and said it was one of the best sandwiches she ever had.
We also shared a fresh passion fruit juice, which was so refreshing. It was a perfect way to cool down on a hot day.
We had a wonderful time at Spires Market, and we can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu items. If you are looking for a healthy and tasty option in Rincon, you should definitely check out Spires Market. You will love it!

Food used to be really good. Seems like the quality has dropped significantly. Also the guy that works here is just straight up rude and dry. Not happy to have clients.
The place is near Doña Lala beach tho so very convenient.

Freshest, tastiest food in Rincon! Steve takes a lot of pride making and presenting his food. The seared tuna is amazing and the Japanese spicy noodles have so much flavor! Delicious fresh juices.
