Spicy gringo is one of the kind. If you want to see Puerto Rican happiness, this is the place to go. The owner of the place is all about giving back to community. The drinks are very inexpensive. I was invited to the Jeep weekly event by Julie from Moku Surf shop in jobos Beach, and enjoy every moment.
