I placed an online order through doordash as a pick up and went to the store. The person who claimed himself as the owner said that the order never came through despite showing an email confirmation. He said that i need to call doordash as I choose to place an order through third party as though he has no role to play here. I had to go empty handed and then cancel the order and pick up food for my hungry kid from another restaurant. He showed no curtesy nor cared to see what went wrong with my order or atleast told me that pls cancel and i can prepare another order. He instead was rude and said that i need to call and figure out. If he cannot track the orders then why to integrate with third parties and promote business. Hey I ordered chicken 65 biryani here which was really good. I placed through calling ordered and the guy on phone whose name is parth he is very humble and helpful person he treats me very politely and recommended me this biriyani . I really appreciate the food quality and his service. I highly recommend to order some food from here .

I have ordered from this place multiple times but in recent times the quality of food deteriorated greatly. We ordered chicken dum biryani, goat dim biryani & pepper chicken last evening and none of them were good. The chicken in the biryani was stale with a bad odor, goat biryani had no tast whatsoever & pepper chicken had too much color and no spice at all. I used to be a big fan of their gongura goat biryani but off late the quality of food has deteriorated significantly .I hope they are able to resolve the issues quickly. I wish I could have given this restaurant an even lower rating than 1 star. We placed a party order for approximately 25 people, and these amateurs completely forgot about it. They provided some excuse about the backend not communicating with the front-end and other nonsense. Consequently, they delayed our order by a whole hour. We typically start serving food around 6 PM because we have many kids and babies who need to eat before bedtime. Their schedules were disrupted because these individuals completely overlooked our order. To make matters worse, when I called them, the person who answered had the audacity to offer me a discount on my next order. I couldn't help but laugh. I mean, seriously, what makes them think that I or any of my friends would ever consider ordering from them again? There are 25 unhappy guests who will never patronize their establishment. Providing appropriate compensation is fundamental in the food industry, but these novices seem to lack the basic understanding of customer satisfaction. When I raised this issue with them, they had the nerve to suggest that it was my friend's fault for not showing urgency when picking up the order! Are you kidding me? Is it my friend's responsibility to yell when unprofessional individuals like you delay an order by an hour? What kind of pathetic service do they offer? The quality of the food was subpar as well, likely due to the rushed order. I want to caution everyone on this forum to be wary of this business. They are completely incompetent and negligent, with no understanding of how to treat customers. It's no wonder they have a rating below 4 stars on most platforms, and the few high ratings they have are probably coerced reviews. Our party and I will never order from them again. This past weekend we were invited to a rather large gathering felicitating about-to-be parents. To our dismay, not only was the food not delicious enough, the service was severely sub-par. Despite the order being placed and confirmed over 48 hours ago (out of courtesy for a group larger than 25), the food preparation hadn't even started at the pick up time. Nonetheless, an hour (and a lame rush-job) later, the food was handed over. I wish this was the end of our misery. On confrontation after the event, the front staff showed a severe lack of intent to rectify their screw up. While, I understand that mistakes do happen, what is unforgivable is the lack of remorse. We have a large social group and have made sure to spread through word-of-mouth about our experience knowing several events have been planned during this festive season, I also wanted to let the rest of the community know so that they are forewarned. Bad food is likely a mistake but poor service is a habit and a choice. We sincerely hope that the restaurant considers this feedback and are able to turn things around. This is my GoTo restaurant because I live next to it. I'm ordering food for 3 years and I find tasty Andhra/Telangana and some mixed recipes good in the beginning, but eventually the food quality and attention to detail, respect to the money customers is paying came down drastically. I ordered Konaseema Kodi Pulav yesterday night. This is my experience: This is a new item they added to their menu few months ago. It's like Pulav rice with chicken as a pack. This recipe used to be interesting at the beginning, but recently, the quality and taste is worst. Yesterday I have ordered this and we couldn't eat it at all. The Pulav rice is good as always, but the chicken fry is just a dump of left overs. They don't have common sense and respect for money customer is spending. They just dumped poor quality chicken and tasted disguising. In the chicken I got 9 chicken neck skins, can you believe it? I specifically counted to show their level of disrespect to the food what I paid for. Not even a single good chicken piece to eat, everything is just a dump. I can't even feed to my dog. I thrown everything out. I have added few photos to show the level of poor quality. I won't suggest to order or not to order from here. I leave it your choice. Although we are experiencing poor quality food at this place in recent times, but we don't want to write a review negatively. Now I want to make it clear to the chef and restaurant management that this is not my GoTo restaurant any more. Remember one thing, you are not doing any charity for us. This is an Andhra/ telengana restaurant. This is mostly a toGo place and they do have tables if you prefer to eat there. It’s kept clean . There is no restroom facility. There is bit of an wait time and the trick is to order online before you arrive at the restaurant.. reasonable price and friendly staff.

The food is okay in general but the quality can be improved. We ordered gongura chicken curry, mayilavaram chicken biriyani family pack and chicken 555 starter. The biriyani rice was less flavorful and in general all the food had similar flavor to it.

Gongura mutton Biryani taste is good and spicy. I tried chitti punugulu and loose prawns which are not so good. This is a perfect place for take out coz they deliver the order fast. Hospitality service is very bad. They just served the biryani in a Takeout box when we tried Dine-in.
