I had an exceptional dining experience at Sorriso in The Woodlands. We celebrated New Years with My Beautiful family, The food was simply delicious, with the oysters standing out as the best we’ve ever had. The Venetian drink added a perfect touch to the meal, and the overall attention to detail was remarkable. Special thanks to our waiter, Jonathan, who provided outstanding service, making the evening truly memorable. Highly recommend! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
On the expensive side but the experience was great! We celebrated my friends birthday here and got to sit in a private wine room. The food was excellent and so was our server. We really enjoyed our evening. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We celebrated our anniversary at Sorriso and had an amazing time, largely thanks to Ami, our fantastic waitress. Ami's warm and friendly demeanor immediately made us feel welcome. Her recommendations were spot on, enhancing our dining experience. She expertly guided us through the menu and suggested perfect wine pairings. Ami's attention to detail and impeccable service made the evening unforgettable. The restaurant's romantic atmosphere was the perfect setting for our celebration. In summary, our anniversary dinner at Serriso was outstanding, all thanks to Ami. Her friendliness, expertise, and impeccable service, combined with the chef's culinary talents and the excellent wine selection, made it truly special. We look forward to returning for more culinary delights and wonderful wine experiences. Highly recommended! Wow! Amazing restaurant. We had our anniversary dinner here tonight, and it was delightful. From the moment we walked in, the lovely hostess was so kind and welcoming; she made us feel quite special with her kind words and huge smile. Our waiter was excellent as well. Everyone wished us a happy anniversary. The food and drinks were top notch. Artistic, fresh ingredients, and incredibly delicious food. Pasta noodles made from scratch. 5 stars all the way! *note: add a few extra minutes to your plans, in order to find parking. The street parking is a bit challenging. But worth it for this restaurant! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30
I can’t say enough about this place. Been a customer for a few years now and they have consistently have produce quality food and quality service (give or take a new trainee). Their cocktails are also a must. The Old Fashioned they make is pretty good considering they have a lot of competition in The Woodlands. Try the black ink pasta. Not as good as what Boston offers but Texas can’t compete with the North East 😀 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My girlfriends and I had dinner at Sorriso's on a Saturday night. It was definitely not how I expected the service to be at all. I gave 2 stars to service because it was just sub-par from what we all expected it to be. Either it was just super busy or short staffed with table attendants because every experience with a "waiter" felted rushed and not really attentive with our party. We definitely did not have complicated orders at all, just one drink and dinner dish each in a party of 6 ladies. All of us did agree that all our dishes was very delicious and one of the dishes was warm vs being hot, just prepared. No one asked if we wanted drinks, seeing our empty glasses or how our dinner was...hhhmmm. Recommend to go option vs eating in. We had a great dinner at Sorriso. Must order Black Spaghetti….so good! The other dishes are great also. Ate at the hotel for convenience and didn’t really have high expectations but they really did a wonderful job with high quality food. The hostess was very friendly and welcoming. 5 stars for sure!
The food and atmosphere was amazing. We had 2 brick oven pizzas and they were on point. Our server Francisco took great care of us. The restrooms were clean. The restaurant was beautiful and the view of the waterway was especially nice with all the lights. Valet is available at the Westin. I love this place and can't wait to go back. I usually have more photos but it was a private evening and I didn't want to be inappropriate by posting pictures. Thanks for a great meal. The Woodlands has many restaurants that give you "the look," however, I have often left restaurants feeling like the quality was not there for the high price point. Remembering my wonderful experience several months back, I chose Sorriso for my Father's birthday dinner. While this is a hotel restaurant (attached to The Westin), the service I received and the quality of the dishes ordered made me feel as if we were in a stand-alone authentic Italian restaurant. On my most recent visit with Sorriso, I am sad to say this time missed the mark. The food was tasty, the presentation was lovely, and my reservation experience, which started a week prior, went well. The hostess and managers were very accommodating with the needs of my party and the adjustments up to our actual dinner time. The service of our server is where things fell short. At first, I thought maybe he was just not a "people person"; however, I paid close attention to his interactions with the guest at other tables in his section, and he was pretty jovial with them all. I know I can be a stern critic, so when I'm out with friends and family, I make an effort to overlook certain things as an industry professional I would otherwise make a note of. Still, when the mood change is so noticeable that the guest of honor mentions it, there's a problem. Of course, I don't know how the ticket read. Some things could have been the fault of the kitchen and not the server. Nonetheless, our apps came out incorrectly. When I mentioned this to the server, he apologized only after saying, "Oh, you want that instead. I'll get that put in for you," as if I was the one to make a mistake. When our entrees arrived, modifications were missed entirely. One of my guests chose to eat around the dish, as he mentioned, the server didn't seem too thrilled to be waiting on our table. I'm not sure if he was overwhelmed or what, but he did have two large groups at one time (our party of 8 and a party of 7). However, his performance came across as unrefined and incompetent. This experience, as mentioned, was a vast difference from the dining experience I enjoyed months past. I hope this review will be used as a resource for training and housekeeping on service standards for the team. I enjoy the food at Sorriso and absolutely plan to return in the near future! People are sat super close to each other. It seems the server treats tables differently, not rude but definitely not the same. We were not once chatted with, it was very formal ordering, had to ask for refills of our drinks. However, when the next table sat down, it was a completely different experience. The server was very engaging, talked about the menu offerings, gave recommendations to them without being asked. The only difference between us and the table next to us was our attire. We didn’t dress fancy but didn’t dress inappropriate either. We won’t be back. It is my hope that the servers can treat everyone the same and not look down on them for what they’re potentially dressed as or who they feel may have more money etc. Looks can be deceiving. Can’t judge a book by its cover. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
