I have been eating here for over 20 years. The food and hospitality keep me coming back. One of our favorite waiter’s is Quincy!!! He is always on top of things!!! Was very surprised, food was cooked perfectly. I had pulled pork sandwich and corn. Wife had wings and tots, she said wings looked burnt but meat was very tender and juicy. Both these are specials mon thru friday. Service was good, waitresses seemed to hustle and get folks what they needed in a timely manner. Price for food and drinks was 23, so really good price nowadays. Place seemed clean. Manager was very active, walking around speaking with guests. Was leary about eating here as the one closer to our house in perry is extremely terrible, will definitely come back to one on Russell again. Despite the last visit where I received a bad order, I ordered the same order which is my pulled pork sandwich combo. The pulled pork, though not piping hot, had a delightful smoky flavor, and the fries, was crispy, had a comforting warmth. To my surprise, the food and service was great. Amazing food and even more amazing service from the manager, Robert. The management and staff really make this restaurant my go-to for Warner Robins. The brisket and the pulled chicken is amazing. I had a Christmas party catered for 22 people and picked up the food on Dec 8, 2023 and was told everything I ordered was in the boxes. When I unloaded at the venue I found out they had not provided one of the side dishes. THEN...Halfway through serving, one of my guests noticed MOLD ON HIS BREAD. THAT'S RIGHT....MOLD!!! I was horrified. When I looked in the bag of bun, I noticed TWO other buns that were moldy. I spent $300 to get shorted on food and given moldy bread. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!! Had terrible experience with my order on 10/30/23. Ordered chipped briskets and got home and it was not what ordered, call back spoke the manager AJ and was told she would ensure to correct the order, upon receiving the second order I opened it and it was nothing but fat!! Walked in very clean, smelled wonderful. Hosting staff was amazing. They sat us and recommended the fried green tomatoes, we got them, they were delicious. Came in on a busy Sunday afternoon for lunch. Got the Carolina pulled pork with Mac & cheese. Brother got the whole hog sandwich with crinkle cut fries.
