Delivery-the lady taking our order was rude, she started by saying HELLOOOOO even tho we were clearly speaking our order! Then she started raising her voice n said we were lying!! We are tired coming from work!!! I don’t cuss but she started pushing my buttons with that attitude, wow she was just comfortable the way she was RUDE!! Last time I bring my business here!! Never been treated this way EVER we will stick with Burger King!! The poor server apologized for her bc the rude lady didn’t add hatch green chili to our order!! This location just has so many issues. Half of their stalls don't work and are blocked off. The grease seriously needs to be changed because you can taste the old crusty oil on your food. They take FOREVER to do anything. I once went for a single cup of ice and waited for 45 minutes! It's a gamble if they're even gonna answer after you push the red button. Last time I got a cup of ice, I had to stop someone at the door to get a cup since it took my whole break sitting at the speaker with no response. The food isn't great, they're out of ice cream often. I know not to expect much from Sonic at this point, but it's still sad how gross and unsanitary this location is. I stopped going after I saw black specs in my cup of ice, disgusting. It cost too much for the quality to be so low. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Alexandra proceeded to give bad customer service after nicely asking her how much longer it would take to get our order. We waited 30+ mins for a couple meals. After her & her coworkers told me it would take longer because there was “a lot of corn dog orders” i walked back to my car & waited 20 more mins. She then brought the food out & i asked her for ranch she took 10 mins to bring it out to me. i then realized she also gave us the wrong order as well. Will never come back to this location again & i do not recommend this location. This location is tan by morning but teenagers. Managers need to be on duty at all times & fix problems like this w/ workers like her. Do Better Sonic. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They have some great happy hour stuff during different times of the day, and we love their shakes. However, they are way overpriced for the lack of quality of the entire menu. It's fast food yes, but should be consistent and not so ridiculously expensive for the crappy food. Would not recommend except for shake happy hours.

Put In a door dash order at 7pm. They (sonic) canceled the order and said "resteraunt couldn't fufill" so we drove to them... open sign was turned off. Employees inside had to take my.order because the app is disabled. Something sketchy going on when there are 3 people working and no one can place an order other than show up and demand it. Sounds like people trying to avoid any extra work on a Friday night. Unfortunately I come here before work every day and normally I have really good service but today it has taken them so far 30 minutes to bring my order out and I still have not gotten it. Ordered a double cheeseburger with pickles and a side of chili cheese Fries. Order was completely messed up. No pickles. I asked for no mayo. There was extra mayo. The speakers didn't workngood the girl and I couldn't hear each other at all then the card reader didn't work. Cheese sauce is gross and questionable for pretzels. Tater tots is just straight grease like oozing grease and my kids burgers were drenched in mustard they couldn't even eat them.
