Worst Sonic I have ever been too. We pulled into the lot and parked, pushed the button for service and waited 25 minutes, no one showed. We then got out to go inside but ever door was locked. We finely pulled to the drive through, the girl there acted as though she was doing us a favor by serving us. Well I can guarantee we will never go to that restaurant ever again. What a dump. If I could give 0 stars I would! Horrible costumer service! The girl on the speaker said YES when we pushed the button, didn’t even let us finish ordering! Very rude! I’m so disappointed! They weren’t even on roller skates!!!! This place use to be so nice and cool when it first opened a couple years ago! Super disrespectful! Service: 1

I love sonic restaurants, but the only problem is that the food takes too long to get ready. I have been to Sonic three times this week, we tried the popcorn chicken with fries (#8), the burger with bacon is amazing. But I wish the hotdogs were bigger. Drive-thru window ignored four cars. Inside is disgusting. It was really slow inside to get a simple order of ice cream. Attached picture says it all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Traveling Writing

Stopped while traveling. I was surprised this was a walk in sonic. Lots of seating outside. The young lady who was working today was great. The gentleman who brought me out the food was also polite. I watched both clean up a giant mess a group of young men left. Those customers ignored the trash can 10 ft away. There was a whole mess and they took care of it. The bathroom needs painting. The entire property needs better upkeep, and I don't mean cleaning. The worst part though that really bothered me was the sign from management behind the counter telling the cashier they couldn't sit. I'm sorry but that's just ridiculous. There is absolutely no reason a cashier shouldn't be able to sit. Makes me wonder what their turnover rate is. Quality staff, like I saw today, deserve to be able to sit down if there is no reason they need to be standing. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2
