PLEASE hire more staff or offer better compensation so people want to work there. You have a prime location but sonic is known as the slowest service around here so no one wants to go. The stalls are pointless because you cannot get anyone to answer. The drive through is known as the nap land, because it takes so long to get your food that you can just fall asleep and take a nap. I went through the drive through with only 1 car ahead of me. I ordered a large chilli cheese dog. It took 22 minutes from the time I ordered to get my food. You also need to let delivery drivers walk up to pick up food. It's pretty ridiculous that we have to get in line and then wait for the cars that are just now ordering even though the delivery food was ordered 10 to 15 minutes earlier. I don't even take door dashes from sonic anymore because it's not worth the hassle and time. I live across the street and barely go here to eat either. The time spent waiting is not worth it. I was in the area helping a family member with a move and stopped to get lunch. When it was time to pay, I realized that I did not have my purse or cash on hand and they did not take ApplePay. The manager made my day by taking care of the cost for me without hesitation!! That moment truly showed me that CUSTOMER SERVICE still matters. Thank you so much for exceeding my expectations AND the food was GREAT!!! Definitely hit the spot. Terrible! I usually don't leave bad reviews but this experience was one of the worst in my life! We pulled up to the stall ordered waited 30 minutes and then was told we have to go to the drive thru so we pull around to drive thru and wait another 15 minutes for them to say they thought we left went to get our food and it wasn't all we ordered and on top of that the ice cream was melted so we asked them to make us another one and waited another 10 minutes before we left without our ice cream then looked in bag at what's supposed to be popcorn chicken was chicken strips ripped up into pieces. The menu screen where we were parked was broken. It took a while to get our food. The tots were not that hot. The burger was ok. I wouldnt want to go here again anytime soon. I just was not impressed. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Was told to hold on to order, waited about 4-5 minutes before the girl came back to the speaker and took our order. Once she came back, she was rude. Once order was placed, it took about 15 minutes to receive food. The food tasted like they had it precooked, and microwaved it. I hate writing bad reviews, but wow! I tried ordering ahead on mobile and the app crashed at least 4 times before completing. This is not the location's fault, but come on, really? Food comes out after about 5 minutes (mind you i placed the order 10 minutes before that) and there is no straw in the drink, the carhop had already walked away. Also the lid was on loose and when I grabbed it some spilled in my car. Okay, my bad for grabbing it wrong. A few drops, no crying over spilt milk right? So being thirsty a few blocks later i take the lid off and take a sip. My "cherry limeade" without a straw tastes like straight up soda water with a drop of red food coloring in it. Also, besides the straw it was supposed to come with a fresh cherry which was absent. OK get home and the coney has like 1 spoonful of chili and 8 shreds of cheese on a stale bun (for the footlong). The cheese tots were soggy and stuck to the cardboard tray they came in. I've been to Sonic probably 40 times and this was clearly the worst. When writing this I had to edit my review from 5 years ago which was a 5 star back then. What happened here? It has been several years since I visited this specific sonic. Anyway I had a very easy order. Burger & cheese fries. The food was lukewarm and the fries tasted like they had been sitting for several hours. The cheese was dried out , almost hard to bite I will never go there again. The service is HORRIBLE. We pulled up to the drive through and was told they would be right with us. We waited for over 20 minutes for someone to take our order. When our order was finally taken I asked for fresh fries INSTANT attitude as if I couldn’t ask for freshly cooked food. I will not be going back. After receiving my food, it was cold, the chicken was 4 different shades, the Buffalo sauce smelled like straight vinegar and they need to change the oil in the fryer. I love going to sonics, but I won't be going back to this location. Middle of the day, I drove up and waited 8 minutes before someone answered (with only one other person there) the red button and then said nicely they didn't have any hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hotdogs, corndogs, onion rings or French fries and if that was OK.
