Horrible experience here. I made an order the other night at 730 for pickup. I arrived and checked it, the screen said it was still in the kitchen. After about 10 minutes it said it was on it's way. After about 5 minutes I hit the button to ask what was going on, and the girl who answered stated that the stalls are closed and to go to the drive thru, and then promptly hung up. So I go to the door and ask for my food, it has been sitting on a table with my shake melting, and it shocked me to see 8 people in the kitchen all talking. One person ran over and asked what I was doing and I asked for my food. Then as I was leaving I noticed my food was cold and was missing part of the order. Their ice cream machine is never " working " at night, pretty sure the employees are just being lazy not wanting to clean the machine. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Usually late at night they never seem to want to sell ice cream, they always say that the ice cream machine is not working and that's been going on for years. I've had two cousins that have worked there, many years ago, and the service was always good, but now it seems like the workers don't want to clean the ice cream machine after they close for the night. This is the Sonic in San Pedro, Espanola. Atmosphere: 4
