That's a nice idea to order nicely cooked burritos. Most people find that employees are terrific at this restaurant. A number of reviewers say that the service is enjoyable. If you visit Sonic Drive-In, certainly, you are to enjoy the surrounding comfortable atmosphere. But google users rated this place and it didn't get a high rating.

I eat here often, and staff is always friendly. Sometimes, the portions are smaller than they should be. That is my only complaint Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is ridiculous, the price on the menu says it's like 9 something for a number 2. One of them was 10. 59 Apparently, if you want hungry drinks, it's 1119. And then to top it off the purpose set possum. Working the window didn't give me my receipt and kept my change. I have a strict policy of not giving tips the tip. I can give you is get a better job if you don't like to pay. We will never be going here again. And we will be telling everybody at our church about our experience and suggesting to them if they don't go here either. Went through the drive-thru - the lady taking my order had trouble hearing me and I her (think there was an issue with the intercom system) but we got it figured out. We asked for an extra egg in each burrito but we didn't get that and she forgot the ranch even though she said it was in there. She was very nice aside from those two things plus, the food was warm. Not usually one to complain, but being one of the first cars there and waiting 50 minutes & still no food. But watching others getting there’s before me when they showed up after me. Had to stop the carhop and tell her I’ve been waiting 40 minutes for my food, she told me she would be right back with me and never came back. Stopped the manager on duty as she was bringing another car who got there after me food and told her I would like a refund. Only then she came out and said “your food just got finished, do you still want it?” No apology at all. Didn’t take the food, & wouldn’t reccomend this location to anyone!

This is the worst sonic i have ever been to . Placed order for 3 large drinks and a corn dog. Waited 20 mintues and watch car after car pull in and leave. Called back in to ask where my order was. They said it was delivered. I said no not to me it wasnt . They said oh sorry . I asked am i going to get it or not. They wanted to argue that it had been delivered. I said just give me a refund and i will just leave and not come back here. They refused. So they took my money and never delivered my order. Worst sonic ever !!!!! ke out | Lunch | $1–10 Wouldn’t even give this place a star at all if I had the choice. Placed an online app order FOR 1 CHICKEN SLINGER and checked in. Waited 30 minutes for my food. Had pushed the button to let them know that I checked in and they never answered it. They cleared out my order and then it said there were complications. Drove around to the drive thru waited another 10 minutes where not one person came on that speaker either. Then just pulled forward to the window and waited another 10+ minutes before we got our order. Nothing was said just put the bag out the window and then closed the window. There were several others very aggravated with the service while we were there as well. Watched several people drive off because they wouldn’t answer the speakers for them either. After waiting to order drinks in the drive thru for nearly 10 mins without being acknowledged we decided to order food as well so we pulled to a parking spot and pressed the button. 15 mins later the box clicked on and immediately off. our button was reset. We pressed the button again and waited another 10 mins or so before someone finally answered. He took our order of two waky packs, a sausage burrito, and a drink. We paid using our card at the kiosk then waited for our food. The carhop finally comes out with the food and one of the drink sizes was wrong. We told him so and he argued stating "that's what's on the ticket." He finally goes back to remake the drink taking the entire order with him. Several minutes later a different car hop comes out with what we presume is the right order telling us it will be $16 and some change. We tell we've already paid. He stated it was refunded and it would be 2-7 business days for it to get back on the card. The burrito had no sausage and the grilled cheese looked and tasted like it had been microwaved and the wacky packs have no toy. We've given our sonic the last of our business. We recommend miss Mary's mercantile. For about the same price the food would have been right and delicious!

They often take forever to serve you, but that's not what I'm complaining about right now. The last two times I've had food from this location, it made my stomach so sick. Last night I was close to vomiting after eating their food. My wife also had some and she felt the same way. Do not order from here!! Their food is no good, poisonous! Placed an app order and checked in. Waited 40 minutes for my food. They cleared out my order saying it was given to me 15 minutes before they brought it out. The food was cold and tasted old. My cherry limeade tasted like water. While I was there both people beside me had the same issue waiting a hour for items that should take 5 minutes top.
