My names Alexis this is my husbands a point Horrible sonic I have been a manager at a different sonic. I came here to get some food. I didn’t ask for a Dr Pepper. I asked for cheddar peppers not only did they not charge me for the cheddar peppers they charge me for a Dr Pepper that I never asked for And then told me to keep it because I paid for it. No I asked for my money back because I didn’t ask for that. I asked for the peppers and not only is the supervisor there is very disrespectful. In the most rudest way, so I will be talking to corporate Because not only should they not treat her customers disrespectful, but they don’t do anything to try to fix their problem they act like it’s the customers problem when it’s not so highly recommend not going to that sonic food was good thrown in the bag upside down but I would advise you not to go there if you want your Order messed up and have to pay For the as a manager, you should fix the problem like any other, Proper restaurant, or fast food place would do. It’s called etiquette This is the fourth time that we have had a call my mother-in-law who works for the mayor called got a big order, and the whole order was messed up. As a restaurant manager myself, I would never treated my customers the way that I was treated. I’m sorry for having to write this, but I’m not gonna put up with disrespectful this and I’m also not gonna sit there and pay for something that I didn’t even order that the girl obviously couldn’t understand that I said jalapeño poppers instead of Dr Pepper which isn’t her fault it’s the manager who should fix the problem . I never write bad reviews, but this is just over the top coming From one woman who has six years of restaurant management, I disrespected, and I hope that I will be able to speak to my corporate manager from when I worked at sonic to see what I can do because I do not put up with that disrespectfulness

I stop by sonic usually about 4 times a week for mozzarella sticks, but I will never be back again ordered a foot long quarter pound coney drive all the way home opened it up to find a mold spore the size of a dime on it, made me sick to my stomach as I had already eaten some of it by the time I saw it got my money back and will never be returning 🤮

I ordered two super sonic burritos, I ate one and was almost done with the other and I noticed a pubic hair was in the burrito. I’m currently trying to keep it together and not vomit and be sick today because I have to work. This isn’t okay, I can’t suggest the employees wear hair nets being that it was pubic, not facial. I’m highly disappointed in the food service industry in general and then this happens. Please do better, hire better employees/managers.
Well service is not good but it appears to be shift oriented.
They do fix the order if you're aware and bring it up to management.
Sadly this requires double wait time the carhops never comes to your car with extras salt pepper napkins ketchup. just frustrated as I have shopped this chain for oh 59; years. Guess I don't matter anymore.
