Order 2 shakes on the app. Got there and brought them home. Both was not full in the cup. Was missing whip cream and cherry. The one has hardly any fudge in it. The carhop girl also didn't know which stall to bring the shakes to. This sonic needs workers that know what they are doing. I stop at the Atchison Kansas store to pick up a quick sandwich for my husband after a meeting. It was 8:20. A car was in front of me that waited for over 15 minutes for someone to take his order. I talked with him then looked back and there were 4 more cars. I pulled out and went to window. ALL of the employees were sitting around on the floor and no one was doing anything. This was Tuesday Oct 2, 2023.
