Hello, we just visited the Sonic in Forest City, Arkansas and the service was absolutely terrible! We ordered through the app and sat outside at the picnic tables for 40m. We asked 5 different times about our order and asked for the manager and never heard anything. We never got our food and spent over $40. The facility was covered in trash and food. A employee threw a fit right in front of us and quit while throwing down an order on the ground! We would like a refund!
