I don't usually write reviews but I am super aggravated at the consistent suckiness of THIS Sonic. I will not be back there again. I have been there several times hoping for a different outcome because I really love sonic. Today I received a bag full of completely cold food including but not limited to: soggy onion rings (not for me), somehow, overcooked and undercooked cold tater tots, a cold, wrinkly pretzel that looked like it had been sitting there all day (it was only 11:00 am), and a cold burger. All I asked for was to keep all the rabbit food, especially the onions, off of the burger and extra pickles, of which I got one. For those of you, like me, who hate onions, it's not just a matter of taking the onions off. The burger is basically ruined once the onions are on. Everything tastes like onion after that.Their drinks are never good. Burleson Sonic is way better than this. It just sucks that this is the one that's closest to my house. 10/10 would eat actual butt before I would go back. I'd rather have a sandwich from home and a bottled water. I also requested several salt packets because,let's face it, their salt and ice are freaking good. I got one. The only thing that wasn't cold was my drink. There was about one inch of ice on it. Really strange they don't have a drive thru. My favorite sonic stores in lake worth, San Antonio, and New Braunfels have a drive thru. Would be a little faster for those of us that don't want to park and wait. Just a suggestion. Other than that, food was hot and delicious carhop was friendly and polite. 🥰 Keep up the great work! Food was great! Service was quick! We even challenged the waiter to tell us which drink was which since the drinks weren't marked and he guessed correctly! We ate outside and the weather was beautiful! My friend said he had been to other Sonics and this was the first Sonic that got the order correct on the first try! These guys.. smh just gave me my tater tots, half full of fries and a broken corn dog stick inside. I'm glad I didn't just hand it to my kid. And they screwed up my order. Ordered from the app. Took 10 mins to get the food after I arrived. I only ordered cheese sticks and onion rings. Took them 10 mins to answer after pushing the button. Told them the cheese sticks were getting cold while waiting for the onion rings. After 30 mins the food had still not arrived in full. Worst service ever received. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Came during happy hour for drinks and cheese sticks. They did not listen to the order and messed up the order. The cherry limeade was horrible. How do you mess up a drink. Had to keep asking for straw. Then the ranch. I will avoid this location. Very disappointed Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Whatever you do do not order their sauces jumbo popcorn chicken. They will give you 2 pieces of chicken and the rest is just tiny pieces of breading. It truly is a scam. Please, if you care about your company having a good name then shut this store down in Crowley. Crowley doesn’t deserve to have any food places because they all suck. Never eat in Crowley
