Last time for Sonic in Benbrook! Meat was crunchy, dry and burnt on my husbands toaster sandwich. My cheeseburger was a sloppy mess also with dry, burnt meat. Everything was cold and pre cooked way before we ordered. Unacceptable! I had a coupon good till 1/15/2024 . The carhop was rude and told me I could not use the coupon which would have brought the cost to .99 cents .. I frequently use this sonic, it is getting worse each time I come. Don’t give out coupons if Sonic is not going to honor them. I don’t think I’ll come back!! Service: 1

This is the 3rd time that I have placed my order and requested ketchup and I received my order with one packet! I asked for more and then they brought me two more lol on a 25 dollar order. This visit I asked for 10 packets when I placed my 25 dollar order and when they brought my food I was told the ketchup was in the bag lol umm no not one packet! The burger was cold, the tots and drink were good. But if you like ketchup make sure you take your own bottle or have some at home!!!! They are ketchup stingy !!! I ordered a BLT toaster and it came with no bacon in it when they brought the bacon out later there was Hair in the food. I'll be taking my lunch breaks elsewhere now. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This sonic was awesome! They are open later than most and they we super quick with getting our food out! Our car hop Abigail was so sweet! 10/10 would recommend!
