Each time I have ordered here, employees are rude. Each time I have ordered through a delivery service, items are missing or unacceptable. I will never order here again after this, probably the 4th time they completely screwed up and/ or burnt the food (and that's out of maybe ordering here 6 times, not a great success rate) I am missing part of my order, another item is half correct, and the four long coney is burnt in the middle, raw on the ends with a tiny bit of cheese, no chili, burnt corn dogs, and no cheese sauce for the pretzels with cheese. The delivery driver also informed me the woman working there was rude and grumpy. I don't know if they are understaffed or just don't care but I am unable to eat the meal I bought there and not for the first time. The interior very warm, the burger was smashed, the onion rings were crispy and soggy, they stuck together and cooked unevenly. Employees overall not attentive. On the positive side the milk shake was good, the restrooms clean and there was one young lady who stepped up. We won't be repeating this place. A secret shopper or two would do wonders.
