The last few times I've been there, the food wasn't prepared like usual. Breakfast burritos were mostly tortilla shells and everything had that "old grease" taste. One guy that was on the order mic wanted to argue about the way I phrased my order, been ordering from Sonic for over 40 years in the same wording! Loosing my desire to go to Sonic!!! Rude girl tonight. Morning shift people are way nicer that’s for sure. Also the consistency in their food, is never on target in the evenings, Never. One day someone will do it right, next day it’s half a**. Always a hit or miss here. One day the food is on point, next day it’s like they forget to try. Some days the servers are kind, other days like robots or rude. Idk 🤷🏻‍♂️ what the deal is. Bummer too, because in the midst of the good and awful, there are a few employees who go above and beyond and there are even a few employees who simply follow through. But unfortunately the lax from those who act like they hate their job or are lazy or whatever the reasonings are, become the fly in the ointment. Fix this and I’ll be back.
