ABSOLUTE WORST SONIC IN HISTORY. We've tried to give this location money dozens of times and over half the time we end up just leaving. We eat in line via drive through 20 minutes for 2 drinks. Car after car behind us just drove off, after 25 minutes we drove off too. Today we tried again, sat at window 15 minutes to even place an order and nobody ever responded. Not even a please hold. THE MANAGERS SHOULD BE FIRED. THEY CANNOT MANAGE. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely horrible service and employees! I am completely mortified I had 3 kids in my car and I ordered a drink order, then when I got to the location I ordered ice and food. They brought the food and the ice, so I told them that I needed them to bring the ice once I received my other order because it was 100 degrees outside. I constantly come to this location and have been nothing but patient with the crazy service and employees because it seems like they’re having trouble keeping people and I have worked in service for years but this employee and manager were completely unreasonable. The carhop commenced to telling his manager I was tripping and crazy 😳 I at this point had my drink order in my car for 15 minutes. I was trying to be patient but at this point I was literally begging them practically to give me my ice and food and they were trying to give me the melted ice 💀 I come here constantly, I work in healthcare and get ice here for work most of the time multiple times a day. On top of everything I guess they thought it was funny to not put the lids on any of my drinks and half of them spilled in my backseat! 😑 I called the manager after I got home and she didn’t care and told me to call the 1800 number and laughed. They can never hear you when taking your order. They took 2 different credit cards and were gone for a long period of time. He came out and said that neither card worked. I went for happy hour for a drink its half price so I ordered a large coke the guy brought it to me and I gave him a 20 the coke was 1.76 cents he went to get changes and brought me back 17 dollars not thinking at the time I gave him a dollar tip when I counted the money I had 16 dollars. Im saying to my self wow 4 dollars for a drink after tip so I called him back out and told him he shorted me he went back inside and returned with the rest of my money. The problem is that he new dam well what he did because he had to bring me 24 cents in changes. I don't know about any one else but it seems like something always wrong when I come here so count your money before leaving. Hell if he would have asked i would have gave it to him. Service: 1

Just went to this sonic today for happy hour. First the girl taking the order was awful. I don't know if the headsets don't work properly or what but it took her a few times telling her my order before she got it. Than I made it a point to look at the time after I ordered to see how long it was gonna take to get my order. They usually take a while at this location. I just order 4 32oz drinks. The line was moving ok. Than I made it to the front of the line. Sat there for 5 minutes before the girl came out with the order for the cat behind me Than I continue to sit. I look at the clock and it has now been 25 minutes since I ordered and I hadn't seen anyone come out the door in a while so I called the store phone to check on my order. The girl that answered said there system went down but it was back up now so they got backed up but they were working on my order now. Than I see a car hop come out with 2 drinks on her tray for the car behind me. So I'm getting upset now. So I asked about my order. Than she comes out again with a different order, two drinks and a bag for food. Stops at my window and I tell her no I'm just waiting on 4 drinks that I ordered 30 minutes ago. She goes walking back in the building telling someone she is about to quit she does t get paid enough to deal with the attitudes the customers are giving her. At this point I'm ready to just leave but I said I've waited 35 minutes let's see if my orders coming. Here comes the car hop with 2 drinks on her tray for a car behind me. At this point I just left and didn't get my drinks. I get they get busy I understand that but how are you bringing drink orders to cars behind me and I've liberally been waiting 35 minutes I should have known better though cause this location is always awful but it's the only one by my house Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

Appalling. Ordered drinks only through the app and it took 24 minutes to receive them after we arrived even though the were not busy. Delivery person was rude. Will never come here again. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited for them to take my order, no one ever did, then went to drive through so someone could, nobody did either. They weren’t busy and I’ve never had this issue at the other friendswood location.

Poor service and poor quality food. Didn't even get to finish placing my order in the drive through before the cashier told me my total. Then I asked for both mayo and mustard in my burger only to find they gave me mayo packets in the bag to do myself. My burger also only have 4 slices of jalapeño and 4 small pieces of lettuce. All the negative reviews are extremely accurate. Never coming back and will continue to go to Whataburger like a normal Texan. Food: 1
