The app would not work so we could not order ahead of time. We were told by the person taking our order that we would be honored the happy hour half price deal. The supervisor said the same thing when she came out. The girl who delivered handed us the check and it was full price. We said something to her and she didn’t say anything and walked off. This gal needs more training on customer service and how to handle issues when they happen. I get it your fast food, BUT this is an establishment that gets lots of business. They no longer take app orders at 6a. You have to wait until 6:30a. There went my morning drink stop.

I messed up and ordered to the wrong location and I think I spoke to Adilene and she was soooo amazing! I ended up driving over to pick up my drink here and she was so fast, kind, and cheerful!
