I feel like Sonic is underrated. I recently reignited my love for sonic and it has made me wonder why I ever stopped going there to begin with. I stopped here for lunch today and man oh man was it good! The four was hot n fresh. I got a double bacon cheese burger, with chlli cheese tots, and a pretzel twist thing. It was all awesome! I especially like how the lettuce is chopped and not a whole piece of lettuce. The pretzel thing was an impulse purchase and I'm glad I got it because it was hots, soft, and salty goodness! I forgot the name of the lady that brought out the food but she was also super nice and professional and after giving me my food she was checking on the other cars to make sure they were enjoying their meals. Bradley, the manager on duty also the one taking orders was very rude. He cut me off in the middle of talking so I had to make two separate orders. Said it was my fault because I didn't finish ordering. So we went to the door to get a refund. Saw a cook get chili on her bare hands as she was not wearing gloves. She licked the chili off her hands and continued to make the order. When Bradley came to the door we asked for a refund he said of course. Told him about the cook who licked their fingers and he said nothing I can do about that. He then closed the door and locked it. So I would recommend going somewhere where they wear gloves and have good customer service. That was disgusting and he was so rude.

Worst experience I've had at a FAST food restaurant. I've been here 3 times prior to this one and drove away all 3 of those times without making an order. This time I waited for 10 plus minutes at the drive through. 3 other cars pulled up behind me and drove away. This was an awful Experiance and I won't be back ever again. Ordered a simple large limeade. Waited for 15 minutes as they served all the vehicles and orders behind me. I kindly asked the server if he could expedite my beverage and after an additional 10 minutes had to go inside to prod and saw at least 15 people working. On what, I'm not sure because there were only a few cars behind me and I still could not get them to make my drink. Sonic corporate needs to do something about the service at this location before it tarnishes their brand locally. Do not waste your time here, especially if you're thirsty and time is of the essence. We ordered 2 crispy chicken tender combos with onion rings. We only got one of the orders. We also ordered a large vanilla milkshake. We told them only one order came out right. When they brought the 2nd order out, there were no onion rings and tater tots were in their place. And the tater tots were soggy and cold. It didn't take very long each time to bring our food. I even commented about how fast it took and if they were sitting there or if they were cooked when ordered. She said, no it was cooked when we ordered it. So basically after each border you need to check your bags and make sure your order is correct. Tots and fries were completely inedible, cold and stale, if I had to guess they’d been sitting out for a while. Sandwiches were ok, but we also sat and waited for several minutes with no response or acknowledgment from staff. There were maybe 5 cars total in the parking lot. Chili cheese dog was so cold it was inedible. Complete waste of money. Most of our food was thrown away it was so bad. Website and store says it opens at 8am. I’ve showed up at 8:30 numerous times and have gotten no response at the drive through or when at a stall. When I have been lucky enough to get food, it’s rarely even warm. I don’t know that it matters because I won’t be back to this location, but could you post the actual hours that people are working and or willing to take an order.

Got the popcorn chicken and pulled this guy out as one of the last pieces in the cup. It looks exactly like someone took a bite out of it. It certainly did not go into the fryer this way. Which is it: Half-eaten?? Just a broken piece?? I'll never eat here again.
