Usually we have good service, today my husband came home with 3 sundaes for over $16 and this is what each one looked like. Half full. Disappointing. We could've made sandaes at home, but like the ice cream here. Please give your customers their money worth. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

Went thru the drive thru for lunch. I made a request for no mayo on my burger. But, of course when I got home and checked there's the mayo. Why am I complaining? Because I'm allergic to it! If I had decided to take a bite before I made it home, I would've went into a severe allergy reaction and hopefully be able to pull over and use my pen. It's important for orders to be correct. Always fast, especially if you order ahead through the app. App orders also receive half-price drinks. My favorite is Diet Cherry Limeade, with extra cherries ($0.05 apiece). Prices are ok, especially the Quarter Pound Double Cheeseburger @ $1.99, which is really cheap on Tuesday (?) nights. I also enjoy the hot dogs, just make sure you get it "well done", otherwise they are just slightly warm. The service here compared to my previous experiences in the past with this location put the nail in the coffin. Got medium fries with this meal and they’re not even medium nor fresh. Manager shouldn’t be micromanaging the new guy and should be in the kitchen. The new guy was fantastic with his customer service. But this is dreadful. Won’t be coming back unless under new management!!! This shrinkflation on the other hand is getting ridiculous. $46.33 for a double cheeseburger, two bacon cheeseburger toasters, two medium fries, a small fry (which looks less than a small, more like minuscule) Jr burger, ched’r peppers which got smaller too.

This location has gone downhill….I was reluctant to review in the past because I wanted to keep giving them opportunities to make up for the wasted value we’ve been receiving when choosing this location for something to eat ! I might as well eat at McDonalds because at least you know what you’re getting when you pay so little. But not here at Sonic ! You pay an exorbitant amount and end up with hardly any chili like in the picture ! In the past, there would be so much chili and it was delicious ! I’m not sure if we’re gonna go back with all of the other food options that are now popping up here in Surprise. It’s sad to say to be honest…. Usually their signature drinks are spot on well made, but this time not so much, ordered 5 cherry limeade for the fam and each one tasted sour. This place is AWFUL. This is not the 1st time our order is wrong or not prepared correctly yet we gave it another chance and this is what we get. Called to inform Management of the situation as 80% of our good was burnt and the flavor was old burnt oil. I was told by Don, who claims to be the manager that "there is no way we can burn your bread" I have been to plenty Sonic's to know this is not the way a chicken club toaster is supposed to look like. I took 1 bite & was disgusted. What a waste of money especially since the store cared more to argue than to listen to my concerns. We definitely WILL NOT be going there again. I would give it negative stars if I could.
