SONIC RUINED MY GLIZZY!!! Never again! Not only was my hot dog NOT beef at all it was warm not even hot and it looked like it was boiled hours ago and left in a pot that was sitting in hot water to keep warm, absolutely unacceptable that your crew is too lazy to properly cook their food. I had onion and relish on it and there was so much on there I had to take most of it off before I could even taste the hotdog. My tots were also cold and way over salted. I will never be back to this location or any other location ever again, I’d go hungry before eating this poor excuse for food again. Order wrong food old and cold. Tried the new frito wraps, don't do it from there. All came put different. 1 of 4 was passable as food. Took home and added stuff to the last 2 as it was awful. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Extremely slow, even if you order through app and pick up. Missing several stall kiosks. Has gotten order wrong many times.

During the day, they are great. I went last night at 8:30. I ordered on the app. Pulled into the stall and we waited over 30 minutes. We watched the (adult) staff just standing around talking. One lady even came to the door and stared at us, then went back to her conversation. We had already paid, so we pulled around to the drive through and the woman was extremely rude and acted annoyed, like we were bothering her. She said wait in the long line and we would get it when we got to the window. This service was terrible. There were 3 adults standing around doing absolutely nothing. One pulled up in a car and went in and talked a while. 4 cars tried to order then drove away while we were waiting. I would have too if I hadn't already paid. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a sonic. I will drive across town before I return to this one. We got to the window after about another 15 minute wait and the drinks weren't even made yet. Another 5 minute wait to get our drinks. Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just ordered some lunch from here and it was fresh and quick. The other two times I had visited, the wait was a bit excessive, but my food was fresh then, too, so the wait was worth it. I downloaded their app today and when I went to place my order, it stated that strawberry slushies weren't available. I tried another flavor, but had the same error message. I closed the app, drove up there, placed my order, and they brought out a strawberry slush. I'm not sure where the breakdown of communication occurred, but it would be nice to have it fixed, since I would have had a half-price slush through the app. Additionally, the carhop who brought out my food was friendly and professional and deserved the tip. Don't forget to tip your carhops!

I ordered a double cheeseburger, got a single. I asked for mustard and mayo, got mustard and ketchup. Onion rings were dry and hard. I called and the manager told me to come back but once I'm home, I really don't want to go back out. I still had to cook tonight. Ordered one float and one chili cheese tot. Over a ten minute wait. One worker threw trash on the patio while waiting. Another light skin individual with big puffy hair all over wasn't wearing any hair net. The wait is ridiculous. The tots are re fried. I used to work here and the fact that after ten minutes my tater tots were just redropped is disgusting. Overall just bad service and disgusting food. Sad to see how much quality dropped since I worked there. They didn't even offer a receipt or give one to me. Our fries , tots and the breakfast burritos we ordered were very poor quality. My child could even recognize how old the fries and Tots were.

I use to love this sonic. The only sonic that made food fresh and right but over the past few months they have gone down hill. The chicken in chicken sandwiches are rubbery and a odd taste, the tots taste like onion rings, and slow servers. I understand only having a few workers (This day I think they had 1 or 2 working) but please let the people know that are ordering. So they know how long of a wait they might have.
