i ordered two medium cream slushes, they came out in the clear small see through cups but i was still charged almost 6 dollars each. ridiculous. came home started drinking mine and out of nowhere i almost chipped my tooth because there was a small brown chunk in my drink. i used to work at a sonic so i know that this is because the employees aren’t cleaning off the mixer after other shakes and blasts and i’m pretty sure it was a snickers piece so if i were to be allergic to peanuts than id be another level of angry. Sometimes they are really busy and run slow, but they might be short of workers because people don't want to work anymore. People have become lazy after the covid came and changed so much . They are always out of something... my favorite was not Route 44 cups, but I ordered a Route 44, so they charged me for a Route 44 and gave me a large.... I questioned why they would charge me for the one and give me the other... their answer was that was what I ordered.... Almost everytime I go here they are out of sprite zero I'm sure everything else is in stock for people that can have all the sugar but but people that can't have a ton of sugar already have limited options on treats and it would be nice to be able to get it like 1 time out of 5 attempts

So every single time I go to this Sonic I have an issue with a worker called Mikayla. She is incredibly rude and always makes excuses never owning up to whatever the issue is. And somehow she wants you to believe that she is making the food exactly as it should be when every single sonic in the area is making it differently. Even something as simple as the new Bblt sandwiches. I went to the Sonic on Sante Dr and the one on the south side and there was actually bacon in the sandwich. Every bite had bacon in it and was made portionality, however I go to this one and there was two and a half slices of measly bacon. There was more tomatoes the bacon on the Bblt. Tried to call and I get Mikaylah again who claims everyone else must be making them wrong because she knows they were made correctly. I've had issues before where I've gone there to get one of the crispy tender sandwiches and there was one strip instead of two. I've gotten chili tots and I got 4 tots and a spoonful of chili. This is ridiculous and that women refused to believe anything was wrong. She's screams and yells and cuts you off in middle of sentences. She is the most beligerint rude person I have ever spoken too

Sonic's food is good. My only issue is the disgusting black grease slick that starts at the employee exit and goes across the lot to each stall. The concete looks like the burnout area at a race track!! Oozing liquid has also been leaking from the dumpster area and tracked around as well. If a store manager can't address cleanliness on the outside of the store, where customers can see things, imagine the filth on the inside of the restaurant. Buy or rent a pressure washer to clean the concrete. I think McDonald's has an employee clean their sidewalks and lot a couple times a month. You'd be surprised what a little soap, water and effort can accomplish.
