I ordered me and my son some food on the sonic app and when I arrived to pick up the order I my sons bacon on his order was burned along with other issues but all I complained about was wanting fresher bacon for his burger. I originally asked Manager (Micayla O’brien) and was told to hold on.. then seconds later I was denied the request by a manager (Keno Sunderlan) said” the bacon is not burnt and there’s nothing we can do for you” then walked away before I could even respond. Then was upset that I wanted a refund. I then went to the door to ask for a refund and was stopped and said I could come inside because I was “not an employee.
