The tater tots were a bit on the cooler side and had gone stale. Hamburgers were really good, but we're a bit squashed. Service was excellent and staff were jovial but professional. I ordered a Hand-Mixed Master Shake Oreo Cheesecake and REESE'S peanut butter, a vanilla shake, and a M&M Blast. I received a crumb of Oreo, with chunks of nut in a vanilla ice cream with no peanut butter or cheesecake flavor let alone reeses at all. The vanilla shake was fine, because it doesnt overwhelm staff with one simple ingredient when they're completely empty in the parking lot. The M&M Blast contained PLENTY of Oreos! Although Oreos weren't even asked for it. So guess what they do when I ask for a small tiny cup of crushed Oreos, they deny my request and say a substantial amount was put in. Are you sure about that? 🧐🧐🧐🧐 But they completely replace the whole M&M Blast that had oreos in it like that would be a bad thing? TL;DR Terrible attitudes; Poor customer satisfaction; Slow service; Poor management; Customers do not come first even though it was proven management was in wrong; You get paid way more than people who scrub vomit and feces off of floors in schools. Do better and care about your establishment and it's guests!!!
