My son wanted Sonic for his Birthday because he saw it on TV and we were very skeptical about it, but we had the biggest surprise of our life. First of all, food was amazing, and than Stephanie surprised us with a strawberry Sunday with candles. The experience was amazing, service was exceptional and they made my sons first sonic experience unforgettable. Thank you Stephanie and Sonic for making my sons day amazing. What ever you do don't order through a delivery service because your meals will be wrong and most of the time ubereats or door dash will not issue a refund. Shifty service and horrible manager. SMH. The last two times I got a double quarter hamburger they've sent me a small ingle Jr hamburger then tell me it's the same size SMH. Customer service here sucks. Food takes too long and if you take the drive through option the staff takes over 10 minutes to come to the window. I had to park my car next to the window to find out what’s going on, apparently they were just taking their time completing one order at a time. First employee I ask for my order, didn’t say much and walked away. I parked and went back inside and they told me to wait in the front. If you want a worst experience and want to waste time, come here.

It being so hot this pm.. I thought Sonic would be great for this heatwave. So I ordered quarter pounder with cheese and Rte 44. It was brutal and burnt. Sergio the manager refused to two types of payment, said can’t be disrespectful to the line behind us for trying to pay with cash and card. Very disgusting attitude. Said I’ll report him to corporate and he said he don’t care he’s a manager. Sonic please get rid of these disgusting type of workers with nasty attitudes. He’s too grown to be acting like that. Horrible experience, I get there and I ordered my food and I had to wait 25 min plus and I was the only one there and my slushy is not even made right. Horrible, no flavor please do yourself a favor and don’t go here around11-12 at night. The people working there are young idiots.
