The owner of the place acts like he is doing a favor to the community. He needs to greet his customers with a smile and ask politely how he is able to help them. His lack of humility drives people away. Just because he has a lot customers doesn't mean he is doing great. His business could be better with better service.
The worst customer service, I ordered a cake mil hojas, then I payed two days ago and the lady always with her bad face and her attitude she didn’t want to give me my cake!?! Are u Fr? , if she doesn’t like her job then leave ma’am, then Jessica received my money by Zelle and I was trying to call her to talk with the lady in charge of the bakery, well she never responded my call but they want my money. Heck no! Headache for this weekend. Thanks ladies.
Their tamales are delicious and the quesadillas bread. The ladies are not too friendly. They should be nicer to get more customers to come and feel welcome. They should also fix it up a little more, the place looks sad 😞 but the breakfast are bomb 👍🏽
Great small little bakery and pupusa spot. People are friendly and the food is good. Nice place to sto by and have a meal. Or to get fresh bread during these cold days.
If u haven't noticed this little Bakery before.., it is probably bc 1) .. of it's lack of a HUGE sign in the front of the store. 2) ..u are not a 'Local' resident, who knows about it & probably pass it by when driving thru Glendora Ave., from Old Valley Blvd., & the Historic District, to Hacienda Ave. Word up! I like it bc they have been there since who knows when?? 😏 And they make a variety of the 'typical' bread u will find in many Hispanic Markets.. But? They also make Breads & Pastries that are unique to this Bakery, as well as Tamales, Champurrado, & Deli type sandwiches & breakfast w/ self serve Coffee bar & tables to sit & enjoy ur morning 🌅 Pan y cafecito. Mind u the place is relatively small so there is a line very early, that usually shortens as the day gets later. I highly recommend a visit here when u have the time to relax. Enjoy! 😉
