Some of the best Western-inspired food I've ever had in Taiwan. Except for the mom-and-pop cafe atmosphere (which I prefer), It feels like eating at the restaurant of a famous chef, with the food designed by a professional culinary artist. The dishes are not just novel and interesting, but actually taste really good, and the portions are big enough to be satisfying. A hidden gem! Not cheap by Taiwan standards, but much better than most other options in the same price range.
