Once again, another disappointing visit at Sombrero's!! I have been going to your establishments throughout East County for years but tonight was the last time. I would say 70% of the time the orders are incorrect, 90% of the time ordering at the drive thru is cumbersome and 100% of the time the food is overpriced for what you get. It is rare that I go to this location and they can get it right. They ask what type of salso, I ask for all red, what do I get 9 times out 10? All green salsa. Order hot carrots, rarely are they ever in my bag. I am not sure what the difficulty is listening to someone when you ask a question. Why even ask if they are going to do what they want anyways.
